    Breadless French Toast

    "whip 2 egg whites with vanilla, Splenda and cinnamon and a touch of water. I beat them to a lather then "fry" it in a small saute pan. It turns out kind of like a pancake but tastes more like french toast. I top it with fruit I have "squished" mixed with Splenda"
