Egg White Omelet with Broccoli & Rice

List of Ingredients
3 oz of egg whites
1 cup broccoli
1 cup rice (already cooked)
1/2 tomato
1/3 cup fresh mushrooms
teaspoon of minced garlic
Mrs. Dash's seasoning
Recipe
Spray your pan with Pam and add all of the above ingredients into a pan with enough water to coat bottom of pan. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes stiring so the ingredients won't stick. When everything is soft and looks done take it out and serve.
this yields 3 oz protein A and also 1 cup of carb B
