List of Ingredients
6 Egg Whites
2 Small Bell pepper( Red and Green)
2 med Potatoes
1 small Oinion
6 Mushroom
2 Tbsp of Chicken Broth
Garlic Powder to taste
Pepper to taste
Recipe
Chop all veggies into bite size pieces and Saute in chicken Broth until softened up in non-stick pan. Mix eggs in bowl until eggs are foamy. Take a Glass pan and Spray with Pam** Take Veggies and pour into the egg mix and Season to taste. Pour egg's and Veggies into baking pan and Bake at 375 Degrees for 15-20 minutes or until egg whites are Brown and Fluffy.

Afternoon Snack: B-C-D
