2 egg whites
1/2 small zucchini sliced
2 fresh mushrooms sliced
pam garlic spray


Recipe

Spray pan with very small amount of pam. Cook zucchini and mushrooms to desired tenderness. Add egg beater. Cook and then flip and cook more.
