    List of Ingredients




    3 envelopes Knox gelatin (off plan ingredient)
    1/4 cup cold water
    3/4 cup boiling water
    3T Splenda
    1t clear vanilla
    3 egg whites

    Recipe



    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, set aside 5 minutes to soften. Add to boiling water in saucepan. Cook and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool to consistency of thick syrup. Add Splenda and vanilla and stir well. Beat egg whites into soft peaks. VERY slowly, trickle syrup into eggwhites while beating. Beat until light and fluffy.

    To use; frost a oatmeal muffin, stick two cookies together, spoon over fresh fruit or mold into marshmallows. TO mold, fill a 13x9 dish with cornstarch. make holes in the starch the size you want the marshmallows to be. Spoon cream into molds. Refrigerate until set.
