    Bananas with Pineapple Sauce

    this one has a few off plan ingred. recommended for living lean rather than reduction

    List of Ingredients




    Sauce
    1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
    1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 tablespoon honey (off plan)

    Bananas
    1 teaspoon light olive oil with a dash of sesame oil (off plan)
    4 medium whole bananas peeled and cut on the diagonal in thick slices
    1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

    Recipe



    FOR THE SAUCE:
    1. Place the pineapple, lemon juice and honey in a blender and whiz for 1 minute.

    FOR THE BANANAS:
    2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high. Place the banana slices in the hot pan, sprinkle with cardamom and fry until golden, about 2 1/2 minutes per side.

    Divide the hot bananas among the bowls and top with the pineapple sauce. Serve immediately.
