2 egg whites
1 pkg slenda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mixed berriesRecipe
In a bowl whip egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla, until frothy; whisk in splenda. Heat a non stick omelet pan. Lightly cook until the crepe can be flipped, flip the crepe and cook on the other side. Once the crepe is cooked to your taste slide it into a plate. Next add your berries into the center of the crepe and fold the crepe over.
Hint: I premake my 1/2 cup of mixed berries and 1 pkg of slenda and place them in the small ziploc bowl I freeze these and remove when needed. Once the berries thaw there is a nice juice. When I make the crepes I place half of the berries and juice in the center and the rest I place on top it looks like a cheat and it taste like one also.
