1 lime juiced
2 tbl cider vinegar
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
3 cup fruit (such as honeydew melon, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, tomatoes, or other fruit, diced)Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature or for a few hours in the refrigerator to allow flavors to
blend before serving.
