6 tart apples - sliced
� c. apple juice
� c. brown sugar (made from Splenda)
1/8 tsp. Salt (optional)
Ground cinnamon, to taste
Ground nutmeg, to tasteRecipe
In a large skillet, place apples evenly over bottom. Pour apple juice and �brown sugar� and salt over them. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until apples are tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm.
