Frozen Blueberry Mousse

1 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon Steva Plus
1 egg white
pinch of cream of tartar Recipe
Place blueberries and Stevia Plus in blender and puree until smooth. Beat egg white with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into blueberry mixture. Pour into freezer containers or ice cube trays and freeze until firm.
