1 sm. apple (minced or shredded)
2 egg whites (fluffed)
1 pkt. splenda
2 drops vanilla
dash of cinnamon

If you desire a crunch to this add a couple tbsp. of a low sugar low sodium cereal. I used Go Lean Kaski
Mix all ingredients together. Fry. (Use veg. oil cooking spray - it has NO SODIUM). Fry until brown on both sides...
This will work for your carb. serving and fruit serving.
