Chocolate Covered Fruit

I use either pineapple cut into bite size chunks, or whole strawberries, I guess banannas would work too.
I take a few tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Add Splenda to taste (for me it's about 4 or 5 packets)
I mix up the cocoa and splenda in a bowl or pan.
Then I roll the fruit chunks and coat them with the sweetened cocoa powder.
This makes a beautiful presentation, and makes a nice change from gooey, drippy chocolate covered fruits.
These "tasties" look pretty on the white paper doilies for a party.
