1 medium apple (red delicious or gala) slice paper thin
2 teaspoons pourable splenda (do not use packets)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
Preheat oven to 200ºF. Line 1 or two baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Place apple slices in a single layer on paper. Combine sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle on apple slices. Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. Cool on wire racks. Measure 1/4 cup per serving. Each serving yields 1/4 cup Fruit B.
