Melon Toss

List of Ingredients
2 cups honeydew balls, chilled
2 cup cantaloupe balls, chilled
1/2 cup diced red onion
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
Gently toss the chilled melon and onion in a large bowl. Combine the vinegar, basil and blck pepper, and pour over the melon. Toss gently and serve. Good with spicy Thai, Indian or chinese entrees.
