Recipe Introduction
Notes from member jayare: I wanted to try something different myself, but for pre-workout snack or breakfast. I made this today and thought it turned out very well.
List of Ingredients
1 cup raspberries (frozen ones are okay)
1 pkt Splenda
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
2 pkts Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 dash cinnamon and nutmeg
Recipe
Sprinkle Splenda over berries and mix. Place them in the bottom of a 2 cup ovenproof dish. Mix remaining ingredients and add a little water to make batter consistency of cake batter.. Pour over top of berries and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.

I have also used pineapples, cantalopes, strawberries, apples and pears in place of the rasberries. The only difference is the apples and pears tasted dry compared to the other fruits. So I add some water to the cobbler after it was done.
