    Spiced Cantaloupe

    adapted from 500 More Fat-Free Recipes

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon powdered sugar (sub. with splenda)
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    8 cups cantaloupe chunks

    Recipe

    Combine the sugar (substitute) and ginger. Toss sugar mixture with fruit chunks. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
