Strawberry Souffle 2

List of Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, hulled & chopped
2 1/2 tbl. pourable splenda
1 teaspoon finely ground oat flour
4 egg whites, at room temperature
Recipe
Mix berries and 1 1/2 tbl. splenda in small bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dust 6 small souffle dishes with flour. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Sprinkle remaining splenda on whites and beat until well mixed. Drain any excess liquid fromt he berries and fold them nto the egg whites. Spoon the mixture into the dishes and place them on a baking sheet. Bake until the souffles rise and tops begin to brown, about 12 minutes. Serve at once. (would yield 2 servings, at 2 oz protein A and 1/2 cup fruit A)
