1 pint of Strawberries stemmed & washed
1/4 tsp of mint extract
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4C of splenda**
(I also added a splash of skim milk ** not legal)
Recipe
Put strawberries into a food processor until they are liquified. Add the lemon or lime juice and mint extract and pulse.
Serve in a nice fancy bowl, (1/4C is a good serving size) Garnish w/ strawberry slices and a sprig of mint.
