Honeydew Freeze

2 cups cubed honeydew melon
1/4 cup Midori (melon-flavored liqueur) --off plan ingredient
1/4 cup lime juice
4 honeydew melon balls (optional) (1/2-inch)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)Recipe
Place cubed melon in an airtight container, and freeze 8 hours.
Combine Midori and lime juice in container of an electric blender. Gradually add frozen melon cubes, and process until smooth.
