Mango Melon Salsa

1 cup mango diced
1 cup cantaloupe diced
1 can chopped green chiles drained
1/3 cup scallion thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
2 tbl fresh lime juice
1 pch ground red pepperRecipe
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve soon or refrigerate up to 3 days.
* Serving Ideas : grilled fish, esp. salmon, swordfish, or shrimp kebobs
* NOTES : Makes 3 cups.
