List of Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup oatmeal flour (for any newbies, that's oatmeal processed in the blender!)
Splenda to tasteRecipe
Beat egg whites till white and a little stiff. Add Splenda and vanilla. Then add flour and beat untill well blended. Place in a mini-muffin tin for 6 brownies @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes. You get all six!!!!!

I was out of vanilla one day and used rum extract, and those were pretty good too!
buny's note: 1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal would yield 1 cup of cooked, so if you are only allowed 1/2 cup carb for your meal, you 'd need to eat this as a preworkout meal option or you would have to only eat half of the recipe for 1/2 cup carbs and 1 oz. protein.
