Recipe Introduction
Note: this contains many ingredients that are not on plan, but for those living lean may be better/healthier option than other baked goods... not recommended during reduction phase of program.
List of Ingredients
* 1-1/2 cups oatmeal flour
* 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 2 whole eggs** (note: whole eggs are not allowed on plan)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup Splenda
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Recipe
Combine ingredients well. Bake in an 8"x8" pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
