    Desserts: Brownies 2

    Recipe Introduction

    From member KCinNC: These taste just like brownies. I substitute them for my protein and carb at lunch. NOTE: 1/4 cup of ground oat flour is equal to about 1/2 cup of uncooked oats, which equals about 1 cup of cooked oats.

    List of Ingredients

    * 2 egg whites
    * 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    * 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    * Splenda to taste
    * 1/4 cup oatmeal flour

    Recipe

    Beat egg whites until they're white and a little stiff. Add cocoa powder, Splenda, and vanilla. Then add flour and beat until well blended. Spray a mini-muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and drop by spoonfuls into tin. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
