    Recipe Introduction

    NOte: recommend using for living lean rather than for weight reduction phase, since it contains ingredients that could really stall your weight loss (the ground oats, the splenda and the cocoa powder).

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 c. ground oats
    2 Tbsp dry cocoa powder
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    6 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/3 c. splenda

    Recipe

    Mix together well and pour into nonstick 8" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cut into 3 equal portions. Each portion provides 2 oz. protein A and 1/4 cup (1/2 cup cooked) carb B. Perfect for meals 1, 3, and 5 for body type A.
