Recipe Introduction
Note: this may be best used for living lean rather than during weight reduction phase, since some of ingredients may slow your loss and are off plan (such as cocoa powder and sugar substitute)
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup Sugar Substitute
3 TBS apple sauce no sugar
8 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Recipe
Combine cocoa, SS, apple sauce. Fold in 1/4 of egg whites. Add rest of egg whites. Spoon batter into non-stick Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan.
