    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    * 1 egg white
    * 1/4 cup oat flour
    * 3 or 4 pkts Splenda
    * 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    * dash cinnamon
    * 1/2 tsp butter or vanilla extract

    Filling:
    * 2 tbsp cocoa powder (may use less)
    * 1 tbsp cornstarch
    * 5 pkts Splenda
    * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    * 1/2 cup water (may need more for creamy texture)

    Topping:
    * 1 egg white
    * 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    * 3 or 4 pkts Splenda
    * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Prepare Crust: Beat egg white with cream of tartar until stiff, add remaining ingredients along with small amount of water until of spreading consistency. Spread onto non-stick baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray** and bake until lightly browned.

    Prepare Filling: Mix together cocoa powder, cornstarch**, and Splenda until well blended. Add water and keep stirring in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until thick; remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

    Prepare Topping: Beat egg white with cream of tartar until stiff, add Splenda and vanilla.

    Assemble Pie: Spread filling onto crust, top with egg white topping, broil in oven until lightly browned.
