    Desserts: Cocoa Cakes

    Recipe Introduction

    note: this may be best used as living lean rather than as weight loss phase, since ingredients such as the splenda, processed oat flour and cocoa powder may stall weight loss.

    List of Ingredients

    8 Egg Whites
    8 Tbs. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    4 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbs. Butter Extract
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 cup Oatmeal Flour
    2 Tbs. Baking powder

    Recipe

    Pre-Heat oven to 350* Bake 20 minutes

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a different bowl beat egg whites on high till stiff. Add Vanilla and Butter extract to eggs and mix on high. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg mixture, when mixed well beat on high to fluff batter up. Spray cup cake tin (I use the lagre cupcake ones) with Pam. If batter is fluffy enough you can get 6 large cupcakes.


    You get: 4 servings
    Each serving is =: 2 oz's of Protein A and 1/2 cup carb B
