note: this is best used for living lean, since it contains many off plan ingredients, such as the dry milk, the splenda and the flour -- may be a healthier alternative than other baked goods or pumpkin pie recipes though. Likely to stall weight loss if used during weight reduction efforts.
List of Ingredients
2 large or 3 med. eggs.(eggsubstitue)
16 oz can pumpkin
1 cup dry milk (non fat)
2/3 cup splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup flour
Recipe
Mix together and gradually stir in 1 cup water. Mix well and pour in greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until a knife insertes 1 in. from center comes out clean. Original Poster's Tip: I use Sanalac powdered milk which is a big box of 1 cup portions. It makes this recipe super quick. I also substitue pumpkin pie spice for those spices.
