    Desserts: Fruit Mousse

    Note: sugar free jello is not on plan, so may be best to use this recipe during living lean, or monitor your weight loss progress very closely if you include this in your weight reduction plan.

    List of Ingredients

    1 package sugar free jello, any flavor
    1 cup boiling water
    1 small banana
    4 tsp egg white powder
    1 pack sweet n low
    1 cup cold water

    Recipe

    In a blender, mix boiling water with the jello until dissolved. Add the banana, sweet n low, and egg white powder and blend. Add the cold water and process until foamy.

    Pour into a bowl and chill until set. You will get a banana fruit jello layer topped with a layer of firm fruit mousse. Makes 1 large serving = 2 oz Protein A and 1/2 c Fruit B.
