Desserts: Ginger Cookies

Recipe Introduction
Note: best used for those living lean, since many ingredients are not on plan, including molasses, oat flour and splenda -- this would be healthier alternative than some other baked good recipes, but would have potential to stall weight loss if you are working on weight reduction.
Preheat oven to 325
mix together :
3/4 cup applesauce
1-1.5 c splenda
stir in :
3 egg whites
1/2 c molasses
2 tsp vinegar
sift and add:
3 3/4 c oat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 tsp ginger
1/2+ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
1/4 tsp cloves ( i used nutmeg)
mix ingredients until blended. Try to form dough into 2/3" balls, other wise just drop by spoonful (small). Bake on UNgreased cookie sheet for about 12 minutes
