Note: this is best used for living lean rather than weight reduction phase, since contains ingredients that may stall weight loss, such as the splenda, the oatmeal flour, etc .
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1/2 cup Splenda
3/4 cup molasses substitute (see below)
1 egg
3-1/2 cups Oatmeal flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2-1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
Recipe
1. Cream Apple Sauce and sugar with electric mixer. Add molasses and egg; beat well.
2. With a spoon, stir in flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, allspice. Dough will be stiff. Cover and chill 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out dough on lightly floured cutting board to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut dough with cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Decorate as desired.
(use the Molasses substitute in place of molasses)

Molasses Substitution: Makes 1 Cup!
3/4 cup of splenda Plus 2 tespoons baking powder ( Increase liguid called for in recipes by 5 Tbsp and decrease baking soda by 1/2 tsp.

3/4 cups of splenda plus 1/4 tps cream of tartar (increase liquid called for in recipes bt 5 Tbsp's
