    2Tbs Splenda ( or whatever sweetener you use)
    2tsp cocoa (baking cocoa powder)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c. strawberries

    Recipe



    Mix Splends & cocoa so there are no lumps add egg whites & vanilla. Mix well with fork or whisk, make sure cocoa gets mixed completely.

    Pour into hot pan and cook, flip to cook second side. (Just like cooking an omlette)

    Put onto serving plate, spread strawberries on one side & flip other side over. You can also reserve a few strawberries to put on top.
