List of Ingredients
* 2 tsp baking cocoa
* 4 tsp Equal or splenda to taste
* 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
Recipe
Mix cocoa, equal, and oatmeal. Add enough hot water to make oatmeal chewy. Roll mixture into six or seven superball-sized balls and chill in refrigerator.
Variation: Use hot coffee in place of water for mocha cookies. Makes 2 portions of 1/2 cup carb B
