Desserts: Oatmeal Cake w/ Ginger

Recipe Introduction
Note: this contains some off plan ingredients (like the amount of sweet and low, splenda, and oat flour) so may wish to use during living lean, since could stall your weight loss if used during reduction phase.
Soak 1 cup quick oatmeal in 1 1/4 cups hot water 20 minutes. Cream in a bowl:
1/2 c. Apple sauce un sweetened
1 c. Sweet & Low brown sugar
1 c. Splenda
4 egg whites, beaten
Add to oatmeal. Stir in:
1 1/2 c. Oatmeal flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. Bakingsoda
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in slightly greased pan with pam *
