* 2 egg whites
* 1 tsp cream of tartar
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 2 pkts Splenda
* 1/2 overripe banana, smashed
* 1-1/2 cups quick oats ((uncooked)Recipe
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and cinnamon til light and creamy. Stir in vanilla, applesauce, Splenda, banana, and oats. Drop in mounds on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Although the above recipe says that it is only for body types C & E, remember that it can also be used for other types if they are using it as a pre-workout meal.
Oatmeal cookie portions:
divide the oatmeal into cup or 1/2 cup servings and make number of cookies accordingly. ÊExample: if you use 3 cups of oats, then it would be 6 1/2 cup servings. ÊMake into 30 balls and 5 cookies would be considered a 1/2 cup starch.
