    From member melljoy: I haven't seen any recipes using soy powder and soy milk. This is an excellent source of protein with almost no taste. I have created a delicious banana malt that I drink for my afternoon snack. The soy adds the malt flavor

    List of Ingredients




    * 1/3 cup soy milk** (this is an off plan ingredient)
    * 1/3 cup water
    * 1 small very ripe banana
    * 1/2 scoop of soy powder** (this is an off plan ingredient)
    * 1/2 cup ice cubes (more or less to desired thickness)

    Recipe



    Combine soy milk**, water & banana in blender and blend until well mixed. Add ice cubes and blend. Then add soy powder**. I like to add this last because if added with the first ingredients, it tends to make it more foamy which I didn't care for.
