1 cup Homemade Rice Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract
2 oz Egg whites
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 C Frozen fruit pieces (Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, peaches, pineapple etc.)Recipe
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 2 oz Protein, 1/4 cup carb, 1/2 C Fruit
