List of Ingredients
* 1 cup prepared Crystal Light, any flavor
* 1/2 packet of Sweet-n-Low (or any sugar substitute)
* 1/3-1/2 cup of any fruit you can have (optional)
* 4 tsp powdered egg whites (all natural no additives)
* 1-1 1/2 cups iceRecipe
Mix first 4 ingredients in a blender, add ice a couple of cubes at a time. Blend until smooth.
