Drinks: Strawberry Citrus Smoothie

2 cups UNSWEETENED frozen strawberries (or fresh if you can get 'em)
2 small or 1 one large grapefruit
1/4 cup water (scant cup)
Splenda to taste (2-3 packets)
Recipe
Place strawberries into blender/food processor. Peel grapefruit, and remove as much of the whitish peel as you can. Place the grapefruit sections or pieces in with the strawberries. Process till smooth; mixture will be thick. Pour mixture into a freezer container and scrape sides of blender. Pour a little bit of the water into the blender to get remaining mixture out. Use remaining water (if necessary) to make the mixture into the desired "thickness"--smoothie consistency) Use the Splenda to sweeten to taste; (this can be rather tart due to the grapefruit).
Chill in freezer a few minutes and serve as a smoothie OR try freezing this for an "ice cream-sherbet-sorbet type treat.
