    List of Ingredients




    3 oz lean ground beef or pork or 4 oz ground turkey or chicken
    1/2 cup cooked rice
    1/2 small onion chopped
    1/8 bell pepper diced
    1 garlic clove minced
    2 cups lettuce chopped
    2 tbsp water
    pepper and spices to taste

    Recipe



    Brown meat, onions, and bell pepper in water. Add garlic and spices, then add rice and stir fry. Add lettuce and stir in quickly. Serve immediately. Meat mixture can be made in advance, but rice and lettuce should be added right before serving. This is one you cannot prepare ahead of time, so I make each serving when I need it. It is great.
