Misc: Guilt Free Guacamole

24 spears asparagus, trimmed & halved
1/2 cup low sodium salsa
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic
4 green onions, thin sliced
Recipe
In a large nonstick skillet, combine the asparagus and 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered until the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to cool. In a blender or food processor, puree asparagus, salsa, cilantro and garlic. Add the tgreen onions; pulse several times until chunky smooht. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, at least an hour before serving. measure amount eaten as Vege A.
