Soak rice in water for 2-3 hours. Keep a little bit of the water with the rice and rain away the rest. Put rice and reserved water in a blender and blend until ground. Pour the rice into a cloth bag. Put the bag in a sieve so that the water can drain away. Put a heavy object on top of the bag to help with draining water. Leave for several hours. What is left inside the bag is rice flour. If you are not using it immediately, spread out and dry.
Measure 3 tbl. per serving. Each serving equals 1/2 cup carb B
