"I saw somewhere that someone was wanting "fajitas". I decided to experiment, and so I came up with these wraps that turned out pretty good. You get veggies, protein and carbs all in one.. (perfect for the Type A female lunch/dinner) "
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup oatmeal flour (oats ground into flour consistency in the blender)
1 egg white
1/4 cup water Recipe
Beat egg white until a little frothy. Mix together with the water and flour and pour into a pre-heated non-stick fry pan - quickly spread out to the size of pan. I used a medium sized fry pan. Make sure to wait until you can see the top starting to cook through before you flip it, or else you'll have a disaster! (I did do that the first time). Don't cook too long - it'll be a little crispy when hot, but will be nice and pliable when cooled down.
Buny's note: as this is processed, may slow down weight loss considerably so do not use often and monitor progress. Also, this would be if your typical meal is 1/2 c. carbs and 2 oz.protein, this will cover the carb and 1 oz of your protein, so for filling can use 1 oz. additional protein and also veggies.
