Misc: "Chips" for Salsa

From member sillylou: Maybe this is more like flat bread, but it works.
List of Ingredients
* 1/2 cup oat flour
* herbs or spices of your choiceRecipe
Mix 1/2 cup oat flour with enough water to make a thick dough. Spread out really thin on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Use a little more oat flour to press it down as thin as you can get it. Sprinkle herbs or spices on top and press in. Bake in a 350¡ oven until you see it curl up off of the parchment paper. It should be completely dry and crispy. Store in the open to keep it crispy.
Serving ideas: Use with salsa; great with soups, too.
Original poster's note: I made this with rice flour also, but I liked the oat flour better.
