Recipe Introduction
here's what we got that the store to become ready to prepare plan friendly foods...Thank god for SuperWalmart :)
Tools-
A scale for me and a scale for my foods (really inexpensive food scale at walmart for under 10$ -- be sure it's one that you can put a container on and then set weight at zero to add the food in...
1 cup ziplock gladware containers .. perfect for my 1/2 cup carbs and 2 oz proteins..
snack size ziplock storage bags... again, perfect for some of the food portions, specially if i want to freeze them.. i just toss a bunch of the lil bags into a large freezer bag and label the big bag and am ready to go.
Microwave egg boiler (cooks them in about 10 minutes and does 4 at a time)
