    Tofu: Chocolate Pudding

    adapted from Dairy-Free and Delicious cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 � cups�crumbled�silken tofu�(I use Mori-Nu silken lite tofu - firm)
    Splenda equal to 1/3 cup of sugar
    1/4 � cup�unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 1/2 � teaspoons�vanilla extract
    (original recipe called for pinch�of salt, tiny)

    Recipe



    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade.
    2. Process until smooth, creamy, and thick.
    3. Chill until ready to serve.
