Tofu: Mocha Mousse

List of Ingredients
1 pkg silken tofu, drained
splenda to taste (about equivalent to 1/2 cup of powdered sugar)
2 tbs instant coffee granules
1-2 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbs brandy (optional).Recipe
Combine all in food processor and whip until smooth and fluffy (can also use electric mixer instead). Chill several hours.
