Arlene's Preworkout Fruit Muffins

List of Ingredients
2 cups oat flour (measure oats, then blend)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
8 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons splenda
2 cups chopped fruits
2 ripe bananas, mashedRecipe
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg whites and vanilla (or other flavoring extracts, such maple, orange, almond, etc.)
Add fruit and bananas. Stir well. Place in non-stick muffin pan (optional can spray lightly with cooking spray though this is not technically OP) Bake at 350 for 15 Ð 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins at 3 muffins for a pre-workout meal (1 cup carb, 1 cup fruit, and 2 oz. Protein.).
