Blueberry Muffins

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup oatmeal ground into flour in food processor
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 tbsp Splenda to taste (1/2 to 1)
1/4 cup blueberries (1/4 to 1/2)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together, add a splash of water if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You may need to cook the muffins an extra minute or two. Note: Fruit may be left out if not allowed.
