    2 cups oatmeal (uncooked)
    12 egg whites
    one med banana, mashed
    1 tsp lemon juice
    9 tsp splenda
    1/2 cup of diced strawberriess
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    combine all , use cupcake liners for less clean up in muffin pan..bake at 375 for 14 mins ..
